The mythological figure of King Arthur may have been queer because he was mentioned as wearing “women’s clothing”, Denbighshire council argues.

This is probably taking the idea of turning famous people trans a little bit too far. In the legend, Rhuthun in Denbighshire was where Arthur killed a rival who witnessed the king wearing women’s clothing to sneak into a dance. That is not what trans women do.
